自动补水 Automatic hydration
配置原水净水管路。通过水位传感器装置、气动控制阀，实现自动补充箱体内水量，使之保持合适水位，高程度降低水耗。 Configure the raw water purification pipeline. By using water level sensor devices and pneumatic control valves, automatic replenishment of water in the tank is achieved to maintain an appropriate water level and significantly reduce water consumption.

· 人机交互界面结合 PLC 控制设备自动注水、排水、控温、消毒杀菌，使生产更加轻松。

· 采用电动辊筒驱动的网带输送出料，吸风刀与吹风刀实现物料与网带的分离，整个过程不损伤物料。

· 上转笼有效过滤析出杂质、虫卵、毛发、细小飘浮物,溢出因菜酸、菜汁堆积的泡沫。

· 溢水系统集成了漫水过渡槽、自动溢出、保持水位、更新水源、废水集中排出功能，保持槽体内水流循环始终如一的清洁环保工作。

·Using water flow agitation combined with bubbles to continuously clean materials gently, accelerating the separation of materials and debris, so that vegetables are not damaged during the entire cleaning process.

·The combination of human-computer interaction interface and PLC control equipment for automatic water injection, drainage, temperature control, disinfection and sterilization makes production easier.

·The mesh belt driven by electric rollers is used for conveying and discharging materials, and the suction knife and blowing knife separate the materials from the mesh belt without damaging the materials during the entire process.

·The upper rotating cage can effectively filter out impurities, insect eggs, hair, small floating objects, and overflow foam accumulated due to vegetable acid and vegetable juice.

·The overflow system integrates functions such as overflow transition tank, automatic overflow, maintaining water level, updating water source, and centralized discharge of wastewater, ensuring consistent clean and environmentally friendly water circulation in the tank.
